The Lodge houses 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, dining area(8), living room, fully stocked kitchen, game room with corn hole boards, pool table, & card tables. This beautiful lodge will sleep 10. One special area of the lodge is our back porch! It houses a charcoal grill, gas cooking top, & more. This back porch is our family’s focal point and it is sure to become yours as well. Covey Point Lodge is an amazing space! Its open floor plan makes entertaining a breeze! The spacious living room will allow you to lounge on the couches and watch Dish TV while others prepare a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. This fabulous kitchen has all the basic items to prepare a family meal. Don't forget the coffee at the stocked coffee bar (2 cups per guest).Visit with the cook at the bar area that seats 5 or prepare the table in the beautiful dining room that seats 8. Once you finish the meal and fellowship enjoy some fun in the game room furnished with pool table, corn hole boards, card table , couches, & bar area! Entertain the entire family while watching the game.
The master suite is nestled off the dining area. It is complete with an on suite bathroom enormous shower with 2 heads and soaking tub. This spacious master suite houses a king bed and twin bed. There is also another twin bed located in a room off the master. Upstairs at Covey Point Lodge there are 2 full bedrooms and 1 queen. One bedroom has an attached bathroom and the two other bedrooms along share one bathroom. There is a 1/2 bath and laundry room on the main level of Covey Point to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.
A water, honey bun, 2 cups of coffee, 2 towels, & 2 bath cloths, will be provided per guest. 6 rolls of toilet tissue, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 cascade packet, 2 trash bags, & Covey Point Koozie will be left per stay to get your trip off to a good start! Be sure to bring additional items if you plan to be at the lodge for more than one night.
If you would like to hold an imitate event Covey Point Lodge is THE PLACE! The spacious open living area, game room, and back porch area lends itself well to crowds. Discuss event fees and guidelines with Michelle! Looking to have the best of both worlds country living & a pool ... rent The Pool House along with the lodge ! It is a one bedroom, with king bed, sofa bed, pool table, full kitchen, bathroom, & pool with diving board located out the back door! Guest will have access to the entire house and parking in front of the lodge.
They do NOT have access to the guest house next door, The Pool House, or the parking area in front of The Pool House.
Host will be available by phone during your entire stay.
-There will be an additional Event Fee. The fee will be determined according to the type of event being held at Covey Point Outfitters. An Event is any use of the lodge for something other than sleeping. You MUST also rent The Pool House so as NOT to disturb other guest. Any event MUST be approved by Michelle or John David PRIOR to your arrival. -There is a $10 per guest per night fee for any visitors at Covey Point Lodge. It must be approved prior to your arrival. You will be asked to leave without a refund of this rule is broken.
-Quiet Hours 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM; Please be respectful of your noise during this time frame.
-No Animals of any kind on the property.
– Check-out at 10:00 AM
-Check in is at 4:00pm or after. We do allow for a requested early check in for an additional charge if the property is clean and ready.
Additional Event Fees apply for any event other than lodging.
-Take ALL trash to outside can on beside the garage. There will be an additional $10 charge if you do take out ALL trash prior to leaving.
-Leave sheets on the bed.
-Place towels in laundry room floor. Do not leave in the showers or tubs to soak up water.
-Wash all dishes and put away PRIOR to leaving. Run the dishwasher and put dishes away. There will be an additional $15 charge if you do not run and clean out the dishwasher prior to leaving.
-Turn off ALL lights including outdoor lights.
-Leave thermostat set -Heat: 62; AC: 75

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
