Dip your toes in the water right out back of this beautiful Gulfside home! Gulfside Grace is a 3 bedroom 3 bath home located on the sandy beaches of Panama City Beach! This cozy home houses a full kitchen with all the necessities to cook a yummy meal for your family! Enjoy the breathtaking ocean view from the living and dining area while you lounge on the new sectional and watch cable TV or enjoy a meal at the beautiful dinning room table.
Gulfside Grace offers sleeping for 10 each bedroom offering a smart TV. The master bedroom is behind the living area and boasts a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom . Directly off the master is a guest room with two queen beds and bathroom. There is also another welcoming guest room off the kitchen that features two queen beds with an en suite bathroom. Each of the three bathroom have a spacious shower for your convenience.
If the outdoors is what you like then you have arrived. Gulfside Grace has a spacious patio with multiple areas to sit, eat, and enjoy the sun in comfort and style! There is a gas grill for your outdoor cooking needs. The short private trail from the patio leads to the beautiful sandy beach, where the sun, sand and waves await just steps away from a coastal heaven. Relax after a beautiful day at the beach in the 6 person private hot tub located on the patio outside the living room. A perfect way to end a long day in the sun!
The Guest will enjoy full access of this beautiful beach house, patio, hot tub, and private beach access.
– No smoking or vaping inside.
– Please clean up after yourselves outside. -No parties on premise.
– Do Not leave the doors open it will damage the AC System. -Must be 23 or older.(Government issue ID required and must uploaded through the Airbnb message app. to prove age)
-Check Out is at 10:00 AM -Check-in is at 4:00 -Please do not move furniture. -Do NOT eat or drink in bedrooms, living room, or hot tub. You will be charged for damages to furniture or hot tub.
-You must rinse off prior to entering the hot tub. If additional cleaning of the hot tub is necessary because of your negligence you will be charged.
-2 Car parking free. Each additional car will be $10 per car. There is a 4 Car max number of cars allowed on premises.
-Visitors will be counted as extra guest. There is a $10 per night per visitor/guest. It MUST be approved in writing prior to your arrival. Guest count must be correct or you can be asked to leave without refund. Your guest count does affect your charge per night. After 5 guest there is an additional $10 fee per guest per night.
-If you damage anything in house or the hot tub you will be assuming payment for damages. -If you break the house rules you will be asked to leave immediately, your reservation can be canceled with no refund.
– Checkout before 10:00 AM
-Place used towels in laundry basket in the master bathroom.
-Take out the trash from the kitchen & all three bathrooms prior to leaving. The trash cans are on the left side of the house.
-Turn off all lights, TV’s, and appliances before you leave.
-Lock all doors each time you leave.
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
