The Pool House is nestled a mile from the Conecuh River in Goshen, Alabama. It combines a country comfort escape with city convenience. This Pool House hosts one private bedroom with a king bed and additional sleeping accommodations in the great room area with a pool table and plenty of entertainment space. A beautiful view of the expansive countryside can be enjoyed while grilling near the porch. This awesome space is only a 15 minute drive from Troy (231) & 22 min drive from 331 in Luverne.
The Pool House is a quaint one bedroom escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Three steps led you to the front door. Inside you will find a great place to relax, watch your favorite TV show on Dish, enjoy free WiFi, or delight in a game of pool. All while drinking a refreshing glass of filtered well water. In the kitchen, you will find the cabinets stocked with most of your cooking utensils. Both the microwave and refrigerator are new. Any laundry needs can be taken care of in the full size washing machine and dryer located in the full bath. The bedroom houses a king bed and large closet (twin air mattress). In the living room you can relax on the new couch (sofa bed) or lather recliner or play pool on the pool table. The back door opens up to a majestic view of the pool. Steps lead down to the poolside. There you can enjoy a rejuvenating dip in the pool, show off your diving skills from the diving board, or relax in one of the six lounge chairs alongside the pool. After having all the outdoor fun you can stand wash off in the outdoor shower before grilling (charcoal). This shot of paradise is not far from Downtown Troy, AL. Local points of interest include Troy University which hosts seasonal sporting events, As well as, Troy Parks & Recreational Center. It hosts manicured walking trails and softball and baseball fields. Enjoy a quite stay off the beaten path at The Pool House if you are in town for a ballgame or any other activity in Troy. Only approximately 12 miles outside of Troy , The Pool House would be an excellent location to stay. You can enjoy the activities of the city and return to the relaxation of the country.
The Pool House is nestled on the outskirts of Troy, AL on the Conecuh River. Grazing cattle across beautiful pastures is your view off the front porch. Be amused by lounging by the pool and enjoying a good book. Cows mooing, birds chirping, and the wind blowing through the trees are the joyous noises of The Pool House. It is not uncommon to see white-tail deer and Eastern wild turkey from the front porch.
Driving is the best way to see the beautiful countryside. You could be enjoying a savor a meal from The Old Barn Restaurant on Thur. - Friday nights. Only 12 minutes away is Sips Beer Garden, one of Troy's finest eateries.
Guests will have access to the entire private house and pool area.

In winter, guests may use the beautiful wood-burning stove if desired. Wood to purchase will be available.

Host resides a mile away from The Pool House. Guest will be able to contact us at any time during your stay. We want to make you as comfortable as possible while you are here at the Pool House, but will not interfere with your privacy.

– No Glass in Pool Area
-Swim at your own risk. No children of any ages may be left unsupervised at the Pool House, around the pool, or in yard at any time during your stay.
-No Pets!!
-No smoking or vaping inside the Pool House. Please clean up after yourselves when smoking outside.
-There is an additional guest fee of $10 per person per night for any guest above 2. Visitors count as guest on your guest count. This MUST be approved in WRITING PRIOR to your arrival by the host.
-Check-out at 11:00 AM
-Check-in is at 3:00pm or after. We do allow for a requested early check-in for an additional charge if the property is clean and ready.
-No events allowed.
-If you do not follow the house rules you can be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

Short Term:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Long Term:
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
