It houses a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and single cup Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen leads into the private bathroom with shower, washer and dryer. Then enter a cozy bedroom with a Full-sized bed for restful nights.

Driving is the best way to see the beautiful countryside. You could be enjoying a savor a meal from The Old Barn Restaurant on Thur. - Friday nights. Only 12 minutes away is Sips Beer Garden, one of Troy's finest eateries.
You will access the property at 3:00 pm or after at your convenience, using a key from the lockbox. The code will be provided once you book the property.
Host will be available by phone during your entire stay.
Quiet Hours 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM – No Smoking or vaping INSIDE the home. If you smoke or vape outside, please be considerate of other guests. Properly discard of Butts and clean ash trays after each use. -Check out time is by 11:00am. -Check-in is at 3:00pm. or after. We do allow for a requested early check in for an additional charge if the property is clean and ready. -Keep exterior doors closed at all times. Even when unloading vehicles. – Keep porch lights off unless you need them. They attract bugs. -Turn all water, appliances, and lights off when you leave . – Do Not Open Windows. -The massive grounds provide ample fun space for running and playing. -Your guest count and your vehicle count must be accurate or you may be asked to leave without refund. Visitors are counted as guests. There is a $10 per person per additional charge for visitors. -Return the key to the lock box when you check out. You will be charged $25 for lost key. -If you break the house rules you can be asked to leave without a refund.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
