Enjoy the coded beach access to escape the crowded beaches and park beachside!
Beach Blessing has a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for hosting dinner. A large farm style table and bar will suit large groups for a home cooked feast. Enjoy relaxing in the charming living area that houses a comfy sofa bed, barrel chairs, and a 50 in. smart TV. Off the living area is the master suite that features king sleeping with an en suite bathroom and laundry closet. This bathroom has a stunning tile shower that is so refreshing. Additional sleeping choices include another king bed and Smart TV. Or Relax & enjoy the queen bedroom, barrel chair, and Smart TV that leads to the fun bunk room. The bunk room features a precious 3 tier twin bunk style bed which encourages late night storytelling and giggles. A Jack & Jill bath with tile shower & access to the vast backyard is nestled between the king and queen bedrooms. Cable television and high speed internet are provided in each bedroom and the living area so you can unwind after a day at the beach. A towel per guest is provided for your convenience to be used INSIDE the house ONLY. Please bring your own beach towels for outdoor use! Enjoy lounging in the vast PRIVATE backyard and breathing in the salt air, fire up the charcoal grill and enjoy a beach cook out, swing under the trees, building a fire in the fire pit, rent our personal golf cart to cruise the beach. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house and No animals are allowed on the premises. Parking is provided in front of house on driveway or rocks. An outdoor shower makes washing off after a day at the beach a breeze. Please keep your coolers and beach items outside to minimize sand inside the cozy house. Hooks are provided on the fence for your to convenience in organizing & cleaning your beach supplies.

Bid-A-Wee neighborhood is a quaint quiet golf cart friendly neighborhood located right off front beach road. This private beach offers 6 coded gated entrances to the sandy white beaches. Remember you can park beachside! Enjoy a stroll around the neighborhood to end the day. Beach Blessing is conveniently close to all of the activities, dining and attractions offered on Front beach road, but sheltered by a few blocks from the noise or traffic. Only a few blocks from Hidden Lagoon Super Racetrack & Golf & 1.5 miles from Pier Park. Let us share our Beach Blessing with you!
There are many taxi and rideshare services in Panama City Beach, FL. You are close enough to walk to the beach or enjoy parking beachside in our neighborhood. Our personal golf cart can be rented for a daily fee and can be driven on any road 35 mph and below. You can NOT ride the golf cart on 98 or Thomas Drive. Remember to use traffic light on Argonaut Street to access front beach road. If not crossing traffic will be difficult. Be sure to use traffic lights on Argonaut to access Front Beach Road and lights at Nautilus to access Back Beach Road.
Guest will have access to the entire home and yard.No space is shared at this location. Remember that the 6 passenger Golf Cart is available to rent upon request.
Guests will be able to contact us at any time during your stay. We want to make you as comfortable as possible while you are here at Beach Blessing, but will not interfere with your privacy. We live 2.5 hours away so we are not available in person.
-No smoking or vaping inside. Please clean up after yourselves outside.
-No parties on premise.
-Must be 23 or older.(Government issue ID required and must uploaded through the Airbnb message app. to prove age)
-Golf Cart Rental Available Upon Request (Will be required to sign Waiver & pay for any damages)
-Check Out is at 10:00 AM
-Check-in is at 4:00
-Please do not move furniture.
-Do NOT eat or drink in bedrooms or living room. You will be charged for damages to furniture.
-2 Car parking free. Each additional car will be $10 per car. There is a 4 Car max number of cars allowed on premises.
-Visitors will be counted as extra guest. There is a $10 per night per visitor/guest. It MUST be approved in writing prior to your arrival. Guest count must be correct or you can be asked to leave without refund. Your guest count does affect your charge per night. After 5 guest there is an additional $10 fee per guest per night.
-Commercial Activity is Prohibited on the Bid-A-Wee Dedicated Beach. You must set up our own beach chairs and such. No rental activity of any kind can take place on this beach.
-If you damage anything in house or on golf cart you will be assuming payment for damages.
-If you break the house rules you will be asked to leave immediately, your reservation can be canceled with no refund.
Remember that the 6 passenger Golf Cart is available to rent upon request. A waiver must be signed.
-Take ALL trash to outside can on the left side of the house. There will be an additional $10 charge if you do take out ALL trash prior to leaving.
-Wash all dishes and put away PRIOR to leaving. Run the dishwasher and put dishes away. There will be an additional $15 charge if you do not run and clean out the dishwasher prior to leaving.
-REFRIGERATOR- Please empty the refrigerator.
-SHEETS – Do NOT remove from bed.
-TOWELS- Please place your dirty towels in the master bathroom in the laundry basket.
-Must sweep off Golf Cart if rented and fill it back up with gas.
-AC- Please set the AC TO 75°
-Commercial Activity is Prohibited on the Bid-A-Wee Dedicated Beach. You must set up our own beach chairs and such. No rental activity of any kind can take place on this beach.
-If you damage anything in house or on golf cart you will be assuming payment for damages.
Short Term:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Long Term:
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
