This cozy mid-century modern block house nestled under the welcoming arms of a massive live oaks has been completely remodeled in 2022 and is ready to welcome you in. This quaint location sleeps 8 guests. Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen that is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery , pots, coffee maker, storage containers, stove, small dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. All your basic cooking and grilling needs. Be sure to relax in the living area and enjoy the new couches. Both bedrooms are directly off the kitchen/living area. The inviting master bedroom houses a cute platform queen bed, smart TV, and an en-suite full bath. In the cozy guest bedroom you will find two queen platform beds , smart TV, with an attached full bath. The guest bathroom also includes a full size washer and dryer and exit door for your convenience. Take your enjoyment outside on the patio by the grill or lounge under the carport and enjoy the salt air.
This location is unbeatable on a private beach that only this neighborhood has access to. You can also park BEACHSIDE! No dragging your beach supplies down the street! It is also on Nautilus Drive which is a connecting road between PC's main thoroughfare Front Beach and Back Beach road. Directly across the road from Hidden Lagoon Golf & Racetrack so you and your family can enjoy the fun. Close to Pier Park, Gulf World, Runaway Island, and much more. Guest Access
A coded key pad allows entry to the entire house. This house is a part of the Bid-A-Wee community which offers the amenity of PRIVATE beach access to sugar white sands through a coded beach deck. There are no shared spaces at this property. Off street parking available on-site. No pets or animals allowed of any kind. No smoking anywhere inside the property. Bid-A-Wee is a small neighborhood on the East end of the beach. One of the highlights of the neighborhood are the 5 PRIVATE Community beach entrances. Each gate has a coded lock so only community members have access to the beach! You can also park BEACHSIDE! How nice it is not to have to drag your beach supplies up and down the road! Great quiet location to enjoy a beach vacation.
You have multiple ways to get around PCB. A golf cart is included with the rental, or use your personal vehicle, walk, call rideshare company, or call a taxi. Many people also rent golf carts to ride in the neighborhood and down front beach road.
Lazy Dayz guest will have access to the entire house and beautiful front and back yards covered by Live Oaks! You can grill and eat on the side patio or lounge under the carport and enjoy the salt air.
-There is a $10 per guest per night fee for any visitors at Lazy Dayz. It must be approved prior to your arrival. You will be asked to leave without a refund of this rule is broken.
– Quiet Hours 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM; Please be respectful of your noise level during this time frame. We do not want to disturb the neighbors.
-No Animals of any kind on the property.
– Check-out at 10:00 AM
-Check-in is at 4:00pm or after. We do allow for a requested early check-in for an additional charge if the property is clean and ready.
This location is directly across the road from Hidden Lagoon Racetrack and Golf area. Fun Land is only a block away so lots of fun family activities in walking distance from the home.

Please be aware that you can hear the go carts from the yard.
-Take ALL trash to outside can on the left side of the house. There will be an additional $10 charge if you do take out ALL trash prior to leaving.
-Leave sheets on the bed.
-Place towels in bathroom floor. Do not leave in the showers or tubs to soak up water.
-Wash all dishes and put away PRIOR to leaving. Run the dishwasher and put dishes away. There will be an additional $15 charge if you do not run and clean out the dishwasher prior to leaving.
-Turn off ALL lights including outdoor lights.
-Leave thermostat set -Heat – 62; AC 75
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
